These Terms of Service govern your use of kodeborn.com and any services provided by MB Vantcom (trading as Kodeborn), company code 306911835, registered at Girulių g. 10-201, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania.
By submitting the discovery form, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Kodeborn provides custom website design and development services, including landing pages, full websites, conversion design, and related digital services.
Before any payment is required, we build a coded website preview on a live URL based on the information you provide through the discovery form. This preview is provided at no cost and with no obligation. You are not charged unless you choose to proceed with the project.
Payment is required only after you approve the website preview and confirm you wish to proceed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is confirmed during the discovery call. No deposit or retainer is required to begin work.
After your website goes live, you have 7 calendar days to request a full refund. Requests submitted within this window will be honored without question. Requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of the website source code, domain (if purchased on your behalf), and hosting access. Kodeborn retains no ongoing rights to the delivered work. We may reference your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate information through the discovery form and during the call. You confirm that any materials, logos, content, or brand assets you provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Revisions agreed upon during the discovery call are included in the project scope. Additional revisions or features requested after project approval may be subject to additional fees, communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Kodeborn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website or services. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at kodeborn.com/terms. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
